Abstract

Nowadays, the international characteristics of the environment cannot be ignored. The process of learning is forced to adapt to these new approaches. Everyone that is aspiring to have a job in a multinational company must be prepared to face a lot of challenges. He or she must learn foreign languages in order to communicate accurately, must be able to work in a multi-cultural team, to build easily a personal network, to travel and especially to really understand different cultures. The academic institution have to learn also to adjust their courses to these new student requires.
