In this article the authors discuss how learning leaders can foster innovation. Topics include the relationship between organizational culture and innovation, the Denison Organizational Culture Model, and several studies by organizational culture and leadership development consulting firm, Denison Consulting, investigating the four essential traits that are important for organizational performance, including mission, consistency, and adaptability.
