Abstract

The article discusses the Secret Ballot Protection Act, a proposal which will require employers to negotiate only with labor unions selected under a secret ballot election. A recent study conducted by Zogby International for the Mackinac Center found that most union members are in favor of secret ballot election in choosing labor union representation.
