It does so by exploring two coaching clients experience of Personal Scenario coaching and places this alongside the personal experience of the participants of the Mont Fleur1 scenario planning exercise. This is the first piece of research on Personal Scenario coaching, and being exploratory in nature, brings together the main issues, successes and challenges of this approach.
