Abstract

Person-organization (P-O) fit is defined as the congruence between individuals and organizational values, practices, and cultures. Much attention has been given to P-O fit over the past 2 decades, but its relationship with national culture is not adequately addressed in the literature. This link must be further explored in order to advance the present understanding of fit among organizations that operate globally.
