Key Challenges in the Design of Learning Technology Standards: Observations and Proposals.

The article focuses on the considerations to be noted in drafting standards for the development and use of learning technology (LT). It defines the concept of information connectedness and states that standardization of (LT) faces an impediment brought by technological processes which are not tangible or seen. It also tells that LT is a young field springing between education and technological change. Moreover, it says that LT must be developed to facilitate diversity.
