The article reports on the effort of the (Pennsylvania Library Association) PaLA Leadership Development Committee to develop librarians into effective leaders through its multitier approach. It cites four leadership topics that the participants will learn such as the leadership styles, personal potential, effective communication, and organization leadership. Moreover, it outlines the Committee's six key objectives and the qualifications of the participants for the leadership development program.
