Results of a poll of IT company energis staff of favoured leadership styles: Sir Alex Feguson -57% Results-driven critical, very hands-on with good interpersonal skills. Inspires loyalty and passion. Tony Blair - 25% Caring, keen to motivate and praise. Rarely spontaneous or straight talking. Obi Wan Kenobi - 11% Nurturing guru. Empowers employees to go at their own pace. Inspiring, but often distant. Homer Simpson - 4% Non-hierarchical, caring and honest. Relaxed, but does little work, putting unreasonable pressure on the team. Ian Beale - 2% Puts efficiency before the welfare of employees. Dicatatorial control freak but entrepreneurial and efficient.
