The article discusses 6 ways of maximizing one's social recruiting presence. These include understanding the organization's philosophy on social media, thinking about the types of positions that one is looking to fill and tailoring the social-media recruiting strategy accordingly and understanding the social recruiting tools and channels available and leverage the strengths of each.
