Abstract

Software predicting the steady-state of microwave oscillators is proposed. The method is based on an effective conjunction of the ε-algorithm with a detection of unknown period using derivatives of an output. Necessary estimate of the ε-algorithm's level may be done in a nonstandard way using a distribution of "poles of a hypothetical transfer function. An accurateness of the analyses is increased by a refinement of GaAsFET standard model. The steady-state algorithm and an improved GaAsFET model were implemented and tested by means of author's CIA (Circuit Interactive Analyzer) program using real data given by a tunable oscillator.
