Abstract

This study examined the best practices in a heterogeneous sample of 34 Canadian organizations having professional project managers. The study also examined barriers to best practices and the organizational context in terms of leadership styles and organizational culture. Like other studies, these results revealed a mix of technical and people-oriented best practices and areas for improvement. Recommendations are presented for organizations. #
