What our users love about Mendeley Reference Manager

“It synchronizes seamlessly with Microsoft Word with the update button on the Word plugin, making it easy to cite newly added references quickly.”

“Thank you, you saved my thesis.”

“It has improved in leaps and bounds since it was first launched as a replacement for Mendeley Desktop. My favourite aspect is probably the collections.”

“It is great, and love that there are improvements being made all the time.”

“I like how I can take notes and organize my collections. The best part is being able to import the articles with all the information already inputted ”

“It's stable. I can count on my data to be here. I also love the ability to right click on a reference and copy the citation into the clipboard.”

“I like organizing my papers without taking space on my laptop.”

“Being able to drag and drop PDFs into Mendeley instead of having to add reference details manually. Also being able to do that using DOIs.”

“The syncing mechanism allows me to access my library from any computer and I love that!”

“I really like how I can organize my references very easily by sorting them into different collections and by adding tags to them, which helps me find references based off of certain topics. I also use the annotation features on Mendeley very frequently, and I appreciate that the notebook function is there because it allows me to not only jot down notes but also lets me keep links to passages from different references, which I can access all in one place.”

“I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree, and Mendeley has been a game-changer for my dissertation. Managing sources has never been this simple, and the fact that it is an all-in-one tool for managing sources, reading, annotating, and general note-taking has elevated my research experience and increased my productivity. Mendeley has truly changed my life, and I wish I had found it earlier. I would highly recommend it!”

“I'm loving the app! I came on the recommendations of other doctoral friends and I highly recommend it to postgraduate students as well. A helping hand in the organization during this period that can be so turbulent for some...” (translated from Portuguese)
