Abstract

The article discusses the individual and organizational immune systems and why they could resist change. It mentions that the immune systems protect the body form foreign objects like bacteria and viruses. It states that change could threaten the individual's or organization's immune system if it has failed to defend the body. It provides information on the strategies for leaders to work on with their immune systems in order to reduce their resistance to change and how to achieve change successfully.
