The article focuses on the projects on the use of Xerte Online Toolkits (XOT) at Leeds Metropolitan University in England to make interactive resources. The project aims to make more interactive resources to support the digital literacy of students with the addition of software to make interactive subject guides. The XOT offers an interactive version of the Seven Pillars of Information skills core model and a group from the library explores XOT as a potential tool in developing tutorials.
