Abstract

This chapter describes future plans of the team, team leader, organisation, team coach, and the coach’s supervision and other support networks after the period this case covers. There are many similarities in their future plans, and all agree their development journeys are not over. The team’s primary focus is maintaining momentum in the context of changing membership. The leader will apply his new leadership approach in a new role. The wider organisation will ensure they are involved in the team’s future development work. The team coach applies lessons learnt with new teams she is working with, and those within supervision and other support networks maintain their critical role. Descriptions of future plans also indicate some differences, highlighting the power of perspective taking. This chapter ends by pondering what impact the environment and interactions within complex adaptive systems will have on future plans described.
