Abstract

This paper presents the impact on the environment and human health of emissions of volatile organic compounds from industrial activities and the laws in effect and falls within the national interest to ensure the sustainability of the environment, sustainable development and increasing health population. Air emissions not only destroy the living nature and adversely affect human health, but can modify the parameters of the atmosphere itself, which may have ecological consequences and adverse climate. To prevent, reduce and eliminate pollution level in accordance with the ’polluter pays’ principle and the principle of "prevention of pollution" has been set a general framework for control of the main industrial activities, while ensuring prudent management of natural resources.
