Abstract

Abstract The learning process is not exempt from technological changes, and learning through ICTs (henceforth referred to as elearning) is the latest step in the evolution of distance learning. E-learning offers the chance to create learning environments centred on the student. Such scenarios are also characterised as being interactive, efficient, easily accessible and distributed. Any e-learning scenario must take into account eight aspects: institutional, pedagogical and technological design, interface design, evaluation, management, support and ethics of use. The platforms for e-learning are the server software, which mainly takes care of user management, course management and communication services, providing the necessary support for the e-learning scenario. This article focuses on open code e-learning platforms that support open educational resources.rusc vol. 4 n.º 1 (2007) | issn 1698-580x Vol. 4, iss. 1 Open e-learning platforms for supporting open educational resources ABSTRACT PDF (ESPAÑOL) Josep M.
