Abstract

Organizational cynicism is proposed as an attitude that results from repeated exposure to mismanage change efforts. Components analysis revealed a two-dimensional solution and hierarchical regression analyses demonstrated the incremental validity of the measure over job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the prediction of self-reported motivation.
