Abstract

The article focuses on the need of new laws in Great Britain in relation to crimes which have been created by new technology. Since the 1997 election of New Labour in Great Britain, 3,605 new criminal offences have been placed on statute book. Chris Huhne, spokesman of Liberal Democrates Home Affair highlighted the unprecedented spate of new crimes.
