Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the impact of Paternalistic Leadership on turnover intention in the banking sector of Karachi under the perspective of social exchange theory. An explanatory research approach has been done in this study and data is collected through developed structured questionnaires distributed among 350 banking sector employees of Karachi 330 has responded. The result demonstrates that there is a significant impact of paternalistic leadership on turnover intention and it was analyzed through a regression model.
