Abstract

This chapter describes the experience with the NESTORE DSS, a software conceived to be the brain of the system, and the main collector of information, which objective is to recommend personalised and targeted activities to be performed by older adults who are willing to prevent decline. It reports on the lessons learnt and important methods of the whole process from the design to the implementation.
