Abstract

The project-based action learning (PAL) provides a structured framework that serves as the organizational learning (OL) vehicle for the different team-based learning activities. Through a systematic and phase implementation of PAL. it can be aimed at gradually instilling team and individual learning capability and mind-set. build up the learning culture within an organization. Based on the grounds and underpinnings for the DELO model constructed in the previous chapter, the research model decomposes OL into drivers, enablers, learning and outcome. Each of these components is further ‘exploded’ in this chapter, to allow detailed study of the relationships of independent variables (influencing factors) and on the dependent variables of OL.
