O Uso da Logística Reversa para Minimizar os Efeitos Causados pelo Lixo Eletrônico ao Meio Ambiente

Abstract

Incorrect disposal of electronic equipment has affected the environment and can seriously impair human health. In this work the main objective was to understand the logistics of electronic waste within the Federal University of Grande Dourados in order to develop a software prototype to assist in this management, for this was carried out a research together with those responsible for the Information Technology Development Coordination Of the University and also with those responsible for the Environmental Management Division. At the end, a prototype system was successfully developed to support the UFGD e-waste management process.
