Abstract

The manufacturing technology represented by high-end electronic equipment such as radar is an important prerequisite to support the development of intelligent manufacturing. Because of the high complexity, high precision and other characteristics of radar assembly, as well as the development goal of high quality and low delivery cycle, the application demand of intelligent manufacturing technology is very urgent. This paper studies and analyzes the intelligent manufacturing requirements of radar complete equipment from the angles of digital assembly simulation, workshop IoT, big data decision support and information integration. In view of these requirements, this paper puts forward the architecture of intelligent manufacturing system for the assembly of radar complete machine, which is composed of basic technology layer, intelligent equipment layer, data acquisition and analysis layer, optimization and execution layer, system integration layer, etc. In this paper, the key realization technologies of intelligent assembly system for the radar complete machine are studied, such as virtual assembly technology of digital products, intelligent perception technology based on IoT, intelligent material distribution technology, assembly line modeling and simulation optimization technology, information system integrated technology. This paper is of great significance to build an intelligent manufacturing mode of high-end electronic assembly with high Lean and Flexibility in the electronic equipment industry, as well as to improve the overall level of electronic equipment manufacturing.
