Abstract

The article deals with the quality, price and calculating the resulting benefits for the customer. This resulting benefit of the product means the best buy product quality at the chosen scale of quality and price of the selected weight of the product. The resulting benefit is also given in the context of consumer behavior, focusing on ordinal economic theory of utility, where has been confirmed and explained this approach also in theory. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
