PENERAPAN SISTEM KEARSIPAN ELEKTRONIK SEBAGAI DETERMINAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of electronic filing system towards employee’s productivity. The study employs descriptive and verifikatif method. The technique used in collecting the data is a rating scale questionnare  with scores scale from 1 to 5. The respondents are 50 employees in the Department of Education of Cimahi City. The data is analyzed by using simple regression technique. The results showed that the implementation of electronic filing system has a significant effect on employee’s productivity. Thus, employee’s productivity can be improved through the improvement of electronic filing system.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden adalah pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian produktivitas kerja pegawai  dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan sistem kearsipan elektronik.
