Research on the Relationship Between Corporation Green Practice and Business Performance in Green Supply Chain

Abstract

This paper takes manufacturing company of supply chain as the starting point, which is based on the survey data of 141 samples. It explores the relationship between the green supply chain practice and the enterprise performance, and clarifies the intermediate effects of green image between environmental performance and business performance by using structural equation model. According to the results of survey, there are significantly positive relationships between the environmental collaboration and environmental monitoring, and the environmental monitoring and environmental performance, environmental performance and business performance that is indirectly related by enterprise green image as a mediating variable. Hereinto, environmental monitoring plays a wholly intermediary role between environmental collaboration and environmental performance, and green image plays a partly intermediary role between environmental performance and business performance.
