Abstract

This paper describes a general purpose prototyping platform, which allows for fast prototyping of data processors. It is based on publicly available components and design tools. Additions to the original models are described and hardware and software issues are explained. The prototyping platform is in use by educational and research groups. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2002.
