Abstract

We present two patients with low esophagogastric anastomosis, redundant intrathoracic stomach, and markedly symptomatic reflux and regurgitation after Ivor Lewis esophagectomy. The diagnosis, technique of surgical revision, and outcome is discussed. © 2006 ISDE.
