Abstract

The paper focuses on the application of the modal logic operators of "necessity" and "possibility" to determining the concept of a cardinality of an intuitionistic fuzzy set. As a consequence, the operators are used for constructing the ratio-based effectiveness and relevancy indices in Web-searching process. " Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2005.
