Abstract
This Chapter summaries the main discussion points arising from the topics of the workshop, namely: On-line and off-line coupling of meteorological and air quality models Implementation of feedback mechanisms, direct and indirect effects of aerosols Advanced interfaces between NWP and ACTM models Model validation studies, including air quality-related episode cases It also draws together some conclusions that have strategic implications in this research area. © 2011 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
