Abstract

In this paper, we propose a technological solution for wastewater treatment of dairy plants based on modern integrated electro-, physico-chemical and biotechnology with subsequent filtration on sorption filters. To reduce the volume of sludge, as well as to exclude the release of gases into the environment, the enzyme biopreparation was used. The effect of aerobic spore-forming bacteria Bacillus subtilis on wastewater from a dairy plant was studied in a bioreactor. Electroflotation was carried out using insoluble electrodes made of titanium with a three-component anode coating (OIRTA). For post-treatment by sorption in dynamic mode the filtering load from the waste of agro-industrial complex - activated biochar of rice husk - was used.
