Abstract

Objective: describe how health, spirituality and religiosity are discussed in Brazilian scientific publications. Method:HealthintegrativeLibrary in literatureNovemberreview2017,ofusingthe periodthe descriptors:between “Health”,2011 and “Spirituality”,2016, developed“Religiosity”.in the Virtual Results:and fourforcategoriesthe analysis,wereaccordingidentified:toConceptsthe establishedand conceptionsinclusion criteria,of religiosity30 articlesand spirituality;were selectedReli-giosity professionaland spiritualitypreparation.as strategiesThe relevanceto copeof thewithspiritualdisease;dimensionNeed forinspiritualcare wassupport;verified,andas Lackwell asof thesocial.Conclusion:need to comprehensivelystudies were foundconsiderthat suggestall dimensionsthat someof thereligioushumanpracticesbeing: biopsychic,are capablespiritualof offeringand both positive and negative aspects in the physical and mental health of their practitioners.
