SEGMENTASI CITRA BATIK BERDASARKAN FITUR TEKSTUR MENGGUNAKAN METODE FILTER GABOR DAN K-MEANS CLUSTERING

Abstract

It is presented a study about the importance of the diffusion of public information and public information retrieval, its influence in the user-oriented services and the necessity of interconnection and interchange of information. It is analyzed the function of portals as a solution to the exploitation of the public information and it is presented a classification of them. Some techniques for improving the interoperability and the information retrieval in the context of public services are studied. First, the initiatives of metadata applied to the electronic administration (Dublin Core Government Application Profile, Resource Description Framework and Government Information Locator Service) and its importance for the web knowledge representation and the creation of a semantic web. Secondly, the mark up languages are described as a mean to structure the public information and to favor the interoperability (XML and GovML). It is concluded with the current existence of a general conscience about the adoption of standards for the web information management and the development of the services of electronic administration.
