Abstract

A review of the clinical findings and operative course in patients with clivus and cerebellopontine angle meningiomas is warranted because of the rarity of these tumors, their lethal nature if left unoperated, and the morbidity and mortality which have often followed operation. A new situation exists with CT: early diagnosis!
