Abstract

In time the availability of similar competitive application software packages increases, and the users may become dissatisfied. They begin to demand higher quality and to consider more the price of competitive products. It has been shown that the quality practices and awareness of the software developers are important factors influencing the quality of the product development, the product cost, and the development schedule.
