A new record of Trachycephalus mambaiensis (Amphibia, Anura, Hylidae), in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Trachycephalus mambaiensis was recently described from two localities in the State of Goiás, in central Brazil. In this paper a new record of T. mambaiensisLVVSUHVHQWHGZKLFKKLVVWKHH¿UVWWRQH in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The species was found in three localities in the Municipality of João Pinheiro, a Cerrado area in northwest Minas Gerais. Trachycephalus mambaiensis is considered an endemic species of the Cerrado biome.
