Langlands parameters for Heisenberg modules

Abstract

We describe a “spectral decomposition” of the category of representations of a Heisenberg Lie algebra whose parameter space is the moduli space of the de Rham local systems for the dual torus on the formal punctured disc, and the fibers are equal to the category of representations of the (twisted) lattice Heisenberg algebra.
