Abstract

The present study was aimed at assessing the work-family conflict of dual earner professional nurses from families of selected district of Delhi NCR. The research design was nonexperimental descriptive type. A total of 250 samples were selected by purposive sampling from a district of South Delhi. Data were collected using sociodemographic parameters and work-family conflict scale. Data was analysed using SPSS version 17. Results of both descriptive and inferential statistics analyses revealed that the work-family conflict of dual earner nurses were high. In the light of the present study, it is concluded that dual earner nurses gender and organisation of work has influence on the work-family conflict.
