Abstract

The concept and basic principle of heating in winter and cooling in summer with the anti-season thermal storage have been proposed, and provides a basis for effective application of solar energy and temperature difference in different seasons. According to geography, weather, solar energy collection and thermal storage, the new method to design the building heating and cooling system is established, which provides a basic technical guidelines for solo solar energy around-year air conditioning system with this new technique. The new technique can be applied in the regions of 25°-45° north and south latitude and will reduce total energy consumption worldwide by 18%.
