The author’s team has continuously carried out the research on automatic well killing technology in order to effectively improve the efficiency and safety of oil and gas well killing operation and reduce the occurrence of blowout and out of control accidents. Previous automatic well killing experiments show that there is pressure delay in driller's method and engineer's method, which adopt simple linear feedback control mode and casing pressure control vertical pressure mode. The phenomenon of pressure delay will lead to a small fluctuation of killing vertical pressure, and the delay effect will become more obvious with the deepening of well depth, so that there is a risk of failure in automatic killing operation. This paper introduces the damping and multi parameter control principles, compares and analyzes the control effect of the two methods on pressure fluctuation, develops the framework design of intelligent choke manifold based on nonlinear multi parameter control, and forms the operation steps of adaptive well killing method, so as to realize the stable pressure control in well killing process and provide technical support for the development of automatic well control technology.
