Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing pada Tower Management Grup PT Indosat, Tbk yang berlokasi di Kantor Pusat PT Indosat Jakarta. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang yang merupakan karyawan outsourcing Tower Management Group PT Indosat. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh Jenis metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua variable, variabel X adalah lingkungan kerja sedangkan variable Y adalah kinerja karyawan outsourcing. Analisis kuantitatif ditujukan untuk menguji hipotesis ada atau tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan Outsourcing PT Indosat, Tbk. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan program computer SPSS for Windows Release 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 28,3% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja, sedangkan sisanya 71,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan outsourcing PT Indosat, Tbk. Kata kunci : Lingkungan kerja fisik, Lingkungan kerja non fisik, Kinerja karyawan, Outsourcing, Pengaruh Abstract This research aimed to explain about the influence of Work environment on outsourcing employee performance at PT Indosat, Tbk is located at Head Quarter of PT Indosat Tbk Jakarta. The population in this research are 45 person as outsourcing employee of Tower Management Group PT Indosat, Tbk. Saturation sampling technique is used by the researcher to obtain the sample. Research method of this research is quantitative method. There are two variables in this research. Variable X is work environment, variable Y is employee performance. Quantitative analyze aimed to test the hypothesis there or there is no the influence of work environment on outsourcing employee performance. Hypothesis test used by using simple linear regression and analysis using the computer program SPSS for Windows Release 22. The result of this research showed that work environment have positive and significant effect on employee performance. Data analysis showed that 28,3% employee performance influenced by work environment, the remaining 71,7% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research. From these results it can be concluded that a good work environment will improve employee performance outsourcing PT Indosat , Tbk.
