Abstract

For most of us, having paid work is essential for well-being and financial security. But for many people who require some support to get into work, especially those with mental health problems, the right lo employment is often not upheld. This chapter explores ways in which support with employment can be a part of a personal recovery journey for many more people than it is today, it focuses on interventions that can be provided by services lo improve the support people with mental health conditions including psychosis receive to gain and retain employment.
