Abstract

A series of low budget films were made jointly by U.S. producer Roger Corman and Argentine director-producer Hector Olivera in the 1980s. Falicov examines how co-productions as dual cultural collaborations between countries may potentially be plagued by unequal power dynamics that could have negative consequences on the productions.
