Abstract

Under the term "chronic primary headache", it is possible to distinguish several different conditions. We will describe chronic tension type headache, chronic daily headache, drug-induced headache, chronic post-traumatic headache and hemicrania continua. Each of them is a therapeutic challenge for the practitioner.
