The phenomenon of iceberg sexual violence in children (CSA)which is increasing in number every year encourages early promotion and preventive efforts. This is due to the various negative impacts caused by the CSA incident to the child’s growth and development. Objective: To analyze the effect of the “I Mandiri” program on the knowledge and skills of preschoolers in the prevention of sexual violence. Method: Quantitative research using the quasi-experimental design of pre and post test with the control group. The study sample consisted of 20 control group students and 20 treatment group students. The instrument used to measure student knowledge adopted from the Personal Safety Questionare while the skills to prevent student sexual violence were measured using the “What if” Situation Test. The treatment group got the “Aku Mandiri” Program, while the control group got a leaflet with the picture “Aku Mampu Menjaga Diri”. The material from “Aku Mandiri” program is a personal organ, a safe and unsafe touch and a way to deal with unsafe touches. Results: Based on the analysis using paired t test and Wilcoxon shows that the p value is less than 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the control and experimental groups after the intervention. Conclusion: “Aku Mandiri” program is able to increase students’ knowledge and skills in preventing sexual violence of preschoolers.
