Abstract

Security features are to be a particular issue for wireless sensor networks. However, a wireless sensor network has constrained energy reserves. Data encryption in wireless sensor networks and energy consumption face a trade-off. In this paper, we propose novel efficient security architecture by network coding. The goal of the proposed security model is to provide security suites to each packet. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
