Abstract

This paper deals with two extensions of the Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP), which involve resource transfer delays and "Financial" resources. Flow models are used in order to formalize those extended RCPSP, which contain the standard RCPSP and lead us to the Timed Flow Polyhedron and to several structural results. This framework gives rise to generic Insertion operators, as well as greedy/local search algorithms. We end with numerical tests. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2013.
