Abstract

Pelatihan dan motivasi kerja merupakan salah satu penyebab meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. Dilihat dari fenomena unik yang didapat dari penelitian, pelatihan yang diberikan kepada karyawan Housekeeping di Padma Resort Ubud masing kurang dan juga motivasi yang dimiliki rendah, akan tetapi kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan masih cukup memuaskan. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Padma Resort Ubud, yaitu pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2021. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja pada Padma Resort Ubud, dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 karyawan Housekeeping sebagai sampel dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah teknik sampling jenuh. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Pelatihan berpengaruh sangat signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh sangat signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kemudian, Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh sangat signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pelatihan kepada karyawan dan motivasi kerja yang diberikan harus lebih diperhatikan, sebab hotel ingin selalu memberikan pelayanan yang melebihi ekpetasi tamu.   Training and work motivation is one of the causes of increasing employee performance. Judging from the unique phenomena obtained from the research, the training provided to Housekeeping employees at Padma Resort Ubud is lacking and also the motivation is low, but the resulting employee performance is still quite satisfactory. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the variables of training and work motivation have on employee performance. This research was conducted at Padma Resort Ubud, from April to June 2021. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression which is used to determine the effect of Training and Work Motivation on Performance at Padma Resort Ubud, by distributing questionnaires to 40 Housekeeping employees as samples and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that training has a very significant partial effect on employee performance. While work motivation has a very significant effect partially on employee performance. Then, training and work motivation have a very significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The training for employees and the work motivation provided should be given more attention, because the hotel wants to always provide services that exceed guest expectations.
