Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory, and systemic autoimmune disease; it affects elders worldwide. Whenever the disease gets serious, it causes long-lasting inability of bones through moderate annihilation of ligament and bone. Till now, there is no long-lasting solution for RA; however, a few medicines are accessible to oversee side effects. It has been observed that RA is a complicated autoimmune disease, which can result in difficulties in the diagnosis process to detect the presence of rheumatoid arthritis for the initial year of development. The next generation sequencing (NGS) technology in this field can provide the support to enhance the efficacy in sequencing the desired fragment of the genome to evaluate the presence of RA within an individual. The study has been associated with current advancement in the area of developing biomedical prospects for rheumatoid arthritis along with the NGS technology. Moreover, development of the opportunity for the involvement of ribonucleic acid sequencing including the desired fragments has been addressed through the appropriate evidences for the research. NGS has speeded up the process of diagnosis of any rheumatic disease, because of the advanced genetic transfer facilities that cannot be found in any other treatment procedures.
